COACHING FAQ

Quick answers.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused habit and mindset work, grounded in health psychology and behavior science. It complements therapy beautifully but is not a substitute for it.

How is this different from other wellness coaching?

Most wellness coaching tells you what to do (which you already know). This work focuses on why the doing doesn’t happen, and rewires the brain’s habit loops so the doing becomes easy. Behavior change science, not advice.

What does an engagement cost?

1:1 executive coaching is the highest investment; group programs are significantly less per person. Honest pricing is shared during the discovery call — you’ll never be surprised on a contract.

How do I know if I’m a fit?

The discovery call is exactly for that. It’s a 30-minute no-cost conversation. If we’re not a fit, Katie will tell you — and if helpful, refer you to someone who is.
